Mohandas Pillai has over three decades of experience in Corporates and have worked in diverse industries like financial services, consumer durables, service industries and media and worked in organizations viz., Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd, ION Exchange (I) Ltd., Sterling and The Times of India Group.
His accomplishments include two decades in Insurance sector, being the Corporate Vice President of Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd where he led various programs and initiatives for Agency Channel Pan India viz., Agency Work System, Recruitment, Digitization and Head – New Agency offices. He also successfully led field teams as Sr. Vice President West Zone and Regional Vice President South Zone.
He has won various accolades in his stint in Max Life including Chairman’s Award twice and more than 100 plus awards for various achievements. Six Sigma Green & Black belt Projects led by him won awards from QUIMPRO & CII (Confederation of Indian Industries). He has been an international finalist for ASQ (American Society for Quality) and presented at Dallas, USA.
Mohandas is a graduate in Economics, Post-graduate in Management Strategy & Leadership. He has also done Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.
RAJANI DHYANI

Rajani Dhyani has over 2 decades of experience in Corporates having led multiple roles in HDFC Life Insurance Co. ltd, Heading the Banca-assurance Sales for Cooperative Banks Channel, Head L & D for West Zone, Head of L & D for South Zone. Prior to HDFC Life, she was working as AVP for Strategic Initiatives at Max Life Insurance Co Ltd. She also spend a long time in Learning & Development at Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Currently, apart from being a part of GLOBAL LEADNEXT CONSULTING, she is also a stock market investor.
Rajani is an MBA, CFP, Six Sigma Green Belt & Associate of Insurance Institute of India. She also holds various certificates in Learning & Development.
Sajith Sreedharan

Sajith holds 34 years experience in a leading industry in Bangalore. He’s worked on projects in administrative manufacturing, facility management and agriculture. He has done his schooling and matriculation from Monastery ursuline convent and Chovva High school and is a graduate in Economics from SN college, Calicut University, where he has represented the university in cricket, hockey and football. His interests include sports and games.
